I did that with the Michelins for two seasons in our area with no issue
we get on average 40 inches of snow and the terrain here is hilly.
they will last roughly 11-12 k miles for the rear tires , so make sure the tread is not low.
I did same thing with E63 S for three seasons , and the tires were AS continental DWS
