I'm a newbie here as well, although I'm on my 3rd BMW at present. My son bought my 528i about 4 years ago, I have an '06 330xi (didn't like the new style 5 series) and an '03 325xi that my wife drives. I had recent troubles and, with my car out of warranty, found a ton of help and info here, and I'm sure you will too.
