These Los Angeles area BMW dealers are a joke. My service advisor said that they cant do the 1200 mile service because they do not have the diff fluid, cant change the oil without changing the diff fluid at this service and " I cant unlock (power) the car without performing the service"
- Also could not fix the front brake grinding noise of the pads since he did not have the correct parts
- Also could not diagnose the heat from underneath the car because the foreman is not familiar enough with the new M5.
Can anyone recommend a good dealership in Los Angeles for service ?
