Actually, Porsche is phasing out manual transmissions (
source) and Ferrari no longer offers them at all.
I think MTs are one of those things where the fans are vocal, but at this time a tiny minority. Apparently the take rate on the MT for the last Ferrari model that offered one was 1%.
