They are no longer sending cars out of the factory with that missing chip and installing it at the port. That being said, I have no stop sale on my car thankfully as of now- but it has been stuck at the port for 8 days 😩. I know that's not terribly long but it's just so close that I can feel it.

hmm i wonder how recerntly. Mine finished production about 3 weeks ago but i have the stop sale, and have been sitting at the port for 13 days now. spoke to bmw genius today and still have no vessel assignment.
