I think Fast Kiwi may be onto something - since the front and rear 264s will be different widths how about this idea? Sell the set of 264s to some schmuck that likes the 264s and wants to put 8.5" width rims all the way around (for wider front tires - say 235/35-18) and then use the four leftover 7.5" wide 264s for snows. You'd get rid of the 264s, have the 261s for daily use and a set of light aftermarket rims for autox.
