Thanks, just trying to find out the rhyme or reason to it. I had it for some reason. The switch is being delivered today and Vic pre-coded for it. I'll probably never use it, but knowing the wire was sitting there in pin 1 doing nothing got me going.
I think US cars having the wire is more the exception than the rule.
Glad it all worked out for you. They are very nice lights.
