Elsabor67 quite interesting about the Dottinger Hohe speed limits. Maybe this video/lap was filmed before that happened this summer. ?

It says Autumn 2015, so definitely after.
But the speed limit was eventually lifted during manufacturer days at the Ring. The ring is then only open to the manufacturers.
