it uses two existing factory mounting points along with double sided tape in the front, and by looking at the pics of the spoiler its suggested to drill additional holes in bottom of bumper for additional mounting support.. I honestly don't think you need more than two extra holes which nobody will see once installed or removed.
Its an easy straightforward install.
