Some more research. I might go Pirelli semi slicks on standard wheels, thoughts? And issues?

Pirelli fronts 225/40/18 which is the exact same size as the standard Michelin tyres in diameter and width.

The rears in Pirelli are... 235/40/18. Diameter is 25.4 and width 9.5.
The rears in standard Michelin are 24.8 and width 9.5.
So 15mm higher diameter and 7.5mm less width.

Can anyone see any issues running this on standard suspension? Problems? Cheers
