Software update
Hi
I have a number of issues with the connect drive app, in that it does not update the vehicle status, so it's telling me the car is unlocked and when I store my favourite locations, they just disappear after a none specific period of time.
Have spoken to BMW UK who advise that although I got my car in May 19, it's running 2018 software, and an update should cure the afore mentioned issues......
Speaking with my dealer, I'm told a software update will take a day!
Is there anyway I can do update myself?
