Here's what I did:
1. Coded 2 or 3 features. On this first round, only backed up FA.
2. Went back in and FDL coded those 2 or 3 features to stock.
3. Made sure the car was back to stock and backed up FA/SVT/.ncd files. I assumed those were the files as they came from factory.
4. With everything backed up, I re-coded the car with the desired changes.
