Hi Mike,
I’m 99% sure you will need to replace all 8 spark plugs and I would do ignition coils while they are in there. I have same issue at 40,000 miles and also with my X5M at 37,000 miles.
Go to good independent shop you will have 30-40% from Dealership. I juat pid $1300 from a Indy shop.
