I'm not so sure considering the aerodynamic advantage takes speed to come to fruition, and
rotating weight impacts efficiency from the exact moment you cease being stationary. 💡 For example, I'd bet a Manhattan user wouldn't ever see aerodynamic benefits worth mentioning; yet the rotating weight would be very much part of the equation for that user.
I'm not arguing the merits of rotating weight; as much as questioning why it always seems to go unmentioned. Any serious cyclist knows how important saving rotating weight is... Perhaps because they're the "motor" that has to turn everything!
