You will need a grinder, air saw. DA sander, spray gun sandpaper and an adhesive gun to use this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You will also need polyolefin adhesion promoter, primer and paint. This is not a simple process.

I am planning on making another one as this one does not fit perfect.

I do have a friend that does carbon fiber molds. I might have him look at making one out of that.
