If you are only doing a clear bra, there is no issue as long as you use a high-quality product.
No matter how good of a quality, over time the protected area will look different from the unprotected area on the car. Most noticeable on darker colored cars.

I'm honestly not sold on the protection of cars. There is an element of ease of maintenance, looking cleaner, protection, etc. but car is meant to be driven and because I'm not the type to park miles away trying to avoid dings and I'm probably a minority on this stance but I like natural as little dings or rock chips don't bother me.
