In my experience the noise will be reduced or will vanish if you do some hard braking. In my case I drive to the german highway and accelerate to around 120mph or more and do an emergency brake (when there is no traffic).
After 1 try they mostly stop to make noise. ATM I can only speak from sport brakes on M235i and C63S.
Haven't picked up my M5C yet.
This workaround was told me from different people. The sport breaks sometimes have to be used as they should.
