All of the above.. lol! But mostly LinkedIn. My approach was simple:
- Find listings online (indeed.com was my main search)
- Visit company website and browse people, location, careers page
- Go to LinkedIn and search company and its employees
- Submit Resume application
- Connect with as many employees as possible (usually higher-ups) and start conversations
