Change a new front differential oil seal and it will be fine. Oil leakage often happends on some M5s including my M5 lci and my friends'. Quite normal for a German V8 vehicles, too hot for rubber parts. Judging by the picture, your leakage is very slight you can even ingnore it and keep driving for months to check if it leaks more.
