The paperwork says ED damages will be covered at $0 deductible.
Report all damage at turn in and all will be repaired/replaced at the VDC. In the case that you still find
reported damage at dealer re-delivery then dealer will repair/replace it and send bill to BMWUSA.
Noticed how "report" is in
bold? That is for
you to report the damages and point them out at turn in. Do not assume that the person inspecting your car at turn in will completely do it for you. Then keep a copy of the damage report.
