Can you specify if those oils are either/or, or does the car need both?
And for the 1200 service do they also do an oil change? I asked and they assured me they have the proper oil filter in stock. I don't want to leave my car at the dealer for a week waiting on a friggin oil filter. Been through that BS with Audi on my A8L. Even after asking that they check to make sure they had the correct parts for my car (first year on the 4.0 liter V8).
