I should have gone with 235x40 and 255x35
Just returned from installing a set of of 18x8.5 Breyton GTS-R 18x8.5 all around (front 5mm spacers) and Dunlop Direzza Z-1 Star Specs in 245x40-18 and 265x35-18. The set up looks great (pics tomorrow) but there is rubbage all around on the fenders. So looks like 235x40 and 255x35 would just about be the max for trouble free fitment. I'll need to massage the fenders in the near future.
