my car did the same thing... I drove it like I stole it for around 2k miles and one day the car said it needed 4 new brakes... I took it in and it was just the sensors that needed to be reset. They said it wasnt done properly when the car first arrived to the states etc.
My car was a lease too they didnt give me any trouble.
