Clean or low fuel consuming vehicle owners should not get HOV exemptions, glad they are doing away with that. - Though, I am glad people are buying those hybrids and such. It means that they save gas for me to use...more for me.
Those new laws are good, hopefully it will deter even just one more idiot from drinking and driving, racing and all that.
