Eurocharged in Canada has all wheel dyno, dynojet and yes those figures are from all wheel dyno.
As far as pure turbos go, it would have been a lot better and easier sell if they turned it up all the way to show what it actually can do, than lower it to whatever numbers customer feels comfortable with.
