Hello, due to a job move from the private to public sector, I'm looking to transfer the lease of my brand new, loaded 435i coupe with approximately 300 miles. The vehicle is in mint condition and has a VentureShield clear bra and 3M ceramic window tint (35 percent) - both applied flawlessly. The exterior color is Glacier Silver Metallic, and the interior is Nevada Leather Oyster Dakota/Black with Anthracite wood trim. No scratches or dings - the vehicle was treated with Opti-coat.

The lease contract (through BMW Financial) ends on 1/31/17 (36-month term/10K miles per year) that began on 1/31/14), the monthly payment is $650.77 and the residual is $39,753. I put $3500 down and spent about $1000 on the window tint and clear bra. I special-ordered the vehicle through Passport BMW and received a great deal on the lease due to the fact that this is the third vehicle I've purchased/leased from them. The vehicle includes the following options -

- Sport Line
- Driver Assistance Package
- Driver Assistance Plus
- Cold Weather Package
- Dynamic Handling Package
- Lighting Package (LED headlights and fog lights)
- Premium Package
- 19" Style 407 wheels
- Technology Package (HUD and navigation)
- Power Rear Sunscreen
- Harmon Kardon Surround Sound System with 9 months of free Sirius service
- Excessive Wear Coverage (up to $5K for the lease term)
- BMW warranty for lease duration

You can view photos of the vehicle on swap a lease dot com - the listing number is 838113. I'd prefer to transfer the lease to someone in the DC area - I'm located in Alexandria, VA. You won't find a comparably-equipped vehicle on dealer lots and will be saving thousands on this deal. Aside from the lease transfer fee and application fee ($500), you'd only have to pick up the monthly payment plus any applicable state taxes. Thanks!
