Update: Just spoke with SA... They charged me "by mistake" ... I wonder how many "charges by mistake" go undetected. looks like they pulling a Wells Fargo crap. |
While it's not entirely fair to the SA (it affects their pay), tell the SA you will not be able to rate them 9 or 10 on the survey due to this mistake. If you get the survey from BMW, put comments about this $50 charge and why that affects the score.
Good job catching the deductible and calling them on it.
