Got my iPhone 5S on Friday morning and ever since hooking it up via the USB cable it causes the BMW Connected Drive to crash and then reboot every 3-4 minutes. It will not play any music, nor allow me to search for any artist via iDrive. I can pair the phone via bluetooth for making phone calls, but the call drops as soon as the system crashes. The system crashes over & over.

I did upgrade my iPhone 5 to iOS 7 and didn't have any issues, but when I went to the iPhone 5S it started, so I do believe it is a hardware issue and not the software.

I have a 2014 335i M-Sport with the new Nav.

Has anyone had / heard of a similar issue with the iPhone 5S? Thoughts / Suggestions?
