A few people at BMW Canada head office have told me that the company is working on a complete overhaul of the BMW Canada website, which it desperately needs. I am rarely able to get the configurator to work, which means I have always had to go to the BMW USA website to build a car, which isn't very helpful to us Canadians given the differences in base options, etc, so I am only able to get a sense of what is available. How BMW thinks it is acceptable to have a lousy, mostly inoperable website for at least the last 5 years is beyond me! Hopefully the website overhaul will go live soon!
