Have you sat in or driven one? Saying it has the interior fit / finish of something 20 years old is just incorrect. It also gets better mileage than single digits. I understand this is a forum of BMW fans (me included) but come on…
If you're comparing performance cars in the segment the Blackwing is a strong competitor and offers a manual transmission.
I cross shopped both CT4 and CT5 Blackwings against my current M4 manual I just picked up last week. The Blackwings are great cars. (I also owned a manual CTS-V Wagon back in 2013 and that was an awesome car as well).
