Keep your money, get the extension on your lease and when you are ready to buy or lease, negotiate your best deal, I usually go out to several BMW dealers in my area via internet, tell them what i want and what i want to pay over invoice. Then let them respond. Consider Euro Del, nice little discount of about 7%.
