Actually I don't have specs on the spring kit, I mean exact numbers, but it was slightly lighter than OEM springs.

Since I couldn't find lowering meaurement info from ACS website or thier catalogue,
I've emailed to cecwheels and ac-schnitzer.de to find out exact front and rear measurement,
Answer from cec : It's approx. drop 30-40mm
And another answer from acs german : Our spring kit for the E92 M3 will lower the vehicle about 20mm, measured in the middle of the car
I believe Eibach makes ACS springs, I feel ACS springs are just little bit stiffer than OEM, no bumpy at all, pretty much same as OEM.
