Nice job on this install. I am planning to do roughly the same, except I'll locate the V1 on the windshield tucked behind the passenger-side of the rear view mirror. Also I was planning to just stick the concealed display to the dash with 2-sided tape, but your idea with the aluminum piece is a good idea; I may opt for that approach as well... where did you get the piece of aluminum?
Regarding the SAVVY, is it just a plug into the OBDII, or is there a "box" somewhere that you have tucked out of sight? Is there plenty of room behind the OBDII port panel to tuck-in the SAVVY connection and the RJ11 connections?
