Cheaper: yup, probably.
Just as quick: not consistently and even at its best, not quite. It doesn't like being hot either and convulses between gears when it is.
More power: somebody should let McLaren, Ferrari and Porsche know (to name but a few).
Smoother: yup, certainly when compared to my F10s or F06s.
