You can only change the digital speedometer in the display screen by the gauges and the one in the HUD to km/h but not the actual gauge on US cars. I'm sure it possible with some coding though!
Thanks, however this is a US car showing 330kph max speed on the speedometer itself. So I must be answering my own question because it must be in mph for the USA so must be switchable too? When I did euro delivery with my F10m5 and when driving an M4 around Germany/the Ring, it was quite convenient to see kph in the places you said, to help keep within the posted limits (without having to think)- but not on the Speedo (M5)
