I had the polishing pad for my PC and it worked, but now I use the sponges. They are still MUCH faster than clay and you have more control over what you're doing. I think there is less chance for marring since you're more likley to notice if a small piece of debris gets trapped under the sponge. Between these sponges and Iron-X, I don't even own any clay anymore.
