When I bought my car, it was sitting in the showroom and it was not attached to a battery tender. Once I left the dealers, this message popped up and car ran like shit. Went away on its own after 2 weeks and hasn't been back since. I've had the car at the dealers to get it checked and they found nothing.
Not sure if it's tune related but maybe my situation might help
