I had a similar situation, and I thought it was stiffening plate bolts based on some other owners suggestions.
My thread shows what the resolution was for my situation at the end, and the service order paperwork is attached. Kind of a shot in the dark, but if you’re under warranty, maybe you can point them in the same direction since diagnostics is not on your dime. Hope this helps!
