As for M5 vs GTR, nothing really surprises here.

Rolling is all about power (to wheel) weight ratio. M5 base is 600whp (dynojet STD), M5C could be 620 or so. FBO GTR on pump gas 600whp tops (normally high 500s, especially with European Tuners way behind in GTR games). Don't forget we're comparing V8 4.4T to V6 3.8T.

M5 is a pig, GTR is a slightly lighter pig.

The result is no surprise, no pride for BMW either.
