The fender of the G30 is different from the M5. I suppose if you replace the entire fender it could work.
The front lip of the M5 is different shape than the G30, you would need to do a bumper conversion.
The rear diffuser of the M5 requires some additional support brackets underneath the trim to get things to bolt up, but you could use the M5 diffuser on a G30 if you sourced those parts and installed them. You might lose comfort access foot sensor control of the trunk with this conversion.
S63 engine is different than the N63 engine in terms of mounting pattern and possibly other differences, but you cannot use the M5 engine cover on the G30.
Side skirts are the same.
Rear spoiler is the same.
