The only F10 aftermarket springs I've seen so far all lower the car.
Like jlevi said you're not going to find many aftermarket options that don't lower the car I think.
Though you can get coilovers for even better handling than aftermarket springs would give you and you will be able to adjust it to factory height, higher, or lower.
