There are several cars with the same bolt pattern and bore as the M5, mostly Audis and Mercs in 19" or 20" that have a space saver wheel/tyre that should clear the standard brakes...you can pick up a used one on ebay pretty cheap...$100 or thereabouts.
Just need to find out which particular ones fits.
I did look into it a while ago but have lost my notes.
I think it included the S class merc w221 and Audi A4/A5.
I always carried a space saver wheel/tyre in my E46/E92/F80 M3s and it got me out of trouble a few times.
