try to recreate the problem in MDM mode or DSC off mode - I'll almost guarantee what you are feeling is the proactive torque management, it predicts the wheels will slip and reduces available torque before they do. it does not do this in MDM or DSC off mode.
although it's frustrating, it's actually kinda smart, remember the bad reviews of early f8x m3/m4's being dangerously tail happy? this is how they fixed it.
