I don't exactly know for 128i, but for particular 125i manufactured around October 2008, intake manifold is 100% same as on 130i.
Some earlier cars had mentioned different intake manifold, but it seems that BMW unified it at some moment of time. For US speced cars it could be different, but tuning specialist for BMW engines should easily tell you.
In relation to gearbox, automatic one is exactly same for 125/130/135, but have no clue why would 125/128 have lesser gearbox than 130i, but anyway....
