Would I rather buy a used car with 10k miles that has the executive package and let's say headlight package or should I just get a new one with zero miles but without those two options? For me it's a no brainer to go for the second option.
Don't need anything in the executive package except CA and for 16 it's standard. Headlight package is just bling, the xenons are plenty bright.

Only musts are 6MT, adaptive M, 19's, HK and white on orange.
