Been there, done that when I bought the F90. Would have bought a 991.2 TTS IF it had been more than 0.30 quicker in the 1/4 mile even though it was $100k more expensive. Add a tune to the F90 and they are equal in a drag.
On your top 5 list a F90 with a tune is faster (some cases much faster) than all except the 570. That would be a tight race.
Based on your goals I would skip your list and buy a 991.2 used and then Cobb tune it. A 6xx McLaren stock would do it but limited dealer network and crazy $$$$ maintenance would keep me away.
