I am PETRIFIED of kerbs. For this exact reason.
My OH doesn't have a driveway, so when I stay there I have to park on the road outside. To get up the kerb I turn the wheels so they're on full lock and
creep up the kerb, then try to get the back wheel up at as sharp an angle as possible too.
