BMW rep called me a few hours ago to say they spoke withe service manager at my dealer and the car would be updated today. I then spoke with my sales guy and he said the dealer isn't getting the software until this evening, and with only 2 mechanics on staff on a Sat there, its gonna be a Monday evening pickup for me at this point. He said the service manager told him that he doesn't know why BMW is telling people (I'm not the only one per my sales guy) that the car will be ready today when the software isn't being delivered to anyone until this evening.
But hey, guess I'll have the car before the holiday as hoped.
