I just got a call from the corporate customer service person who I was working with. She said the instructions to fix my car were just sent to my dealership, and there are no outstanding issues that would prevent delivery (once the software is fixed).
My CA told me this morning they were still waiting, so I assume the fix was sent in between then and now. BMW corporate called the service manager to inform them the fix was done/sent and to expedite repair.
I just sent a message to my CA to update him. Maybe there is a remote chance I can get it tomorrow???? Depends how far along they got with preparing the car. In PA the dealerships are closed on Sunday, so I am thinking Monday will likely be the day.
