Fair point, but the color code is different as well between Corsa Rosa and Ferrari red (based on the pics of both in this thread). Whatever the answer is, the color(s) look amazing.

Paint codes get updated as formulas have to change for regulation purposes... I believe in the last round of regulatory changes they had to take out a certain ingredient(which I understand has caused car paints to chip a bit easier) and that's when imola became imola 2 and when ferrarirot (or whatever it was called) became Rosso corsa
It's happened a lot over the years
